Stopped in to see if a pair of glass frames could be fixed. Wow what an amazing team. Two grandchildren in tow who they made feel like their favorite customers! Such a friendly staff, all eager to help. The glass frames were not actually able to be fixed, but they worked their magic and it works. Highly recommend this place.
Every time I come to RX Optical on Lake Michigan Dr, Allyssa has been extremely friendly and helpful. When talking with customers that walked in during my fitting, she was kind. Additionally, I like the personal interaction she has with customers. Each time I come in, she has remembers who I am. That’s what’s important with customers service! Keep up the great work!
I’ve been coming to Rx Optical for several years now and it’s always a great experience. They are quick, efficient, thorough and very helpful! Craig helped me out today and he was wonderful!
