HATE that check out DEFAULTS to 25% tip and higher. If tip said 10 - 15 - 20 or custom then I'd rate 5 stars but I don't like the forced ploy.

Excellent customer service, stylists are friendly and salon is very clean! I had Angie R. Cut my hair today and she obviously strives for perfection and my haircut turned out PERFECT! Thank you Angie!!

We’ve been to a few different locations around Grand Rapids. This location is by far the best! My two boys (7 & 4) agree. The stylists check in with me regarding the cut and length even though they have the details from the last cut. They are thorough and always give my boys patient attention. Definitely recommend!
