One of our cats accidentally got locked in our son's room overnight a few times and had understandably peed on the floor. I sprayed it with an over the counter cleaner but the smell wasn't coming out. I called Essential and Tom was able to get us in for a cleaning next day which was amazing! He did a great job cleaning the carpet - the smell is completely gone, the room looks and smells great. Tom is very professional and friendly and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend and we will definitely be using his service again for routine cleanings in the future!

You won’t find a better upholstery cleaner than this. Tom took two hours to clean a couch and two chairs. He spent extra time on stains and made sure we were happy with the outcome. He was professional and excellent in his communication of what he was doing and why. I would and will recommend him to everyone.
