If you are considering acupuncture, I encourage you to try it, not for one session but for a few months and see if it does not change your life. There is always a noticeable difference in my whole body after my acupuncture session. My mind is clearer and calmer with my overall body feeling better. I originally sought treatment for chronic pain and inflammation due to a very old injury. TCM Wellness is the cutest little spot in downtown Utica and it is the most relaxing place to get acupuncture. Emily is very knowledgable, personable, caring and always punctual. She also carries a variety of high quality vitamins for purchase. I highly recommend!
