As an industrial maintenance technician and former long time field tech, there were several times over the years when carrying around heavy equipment and ladders resulted in disabling back pain and possible time missed from work. Instead of being miserable and continuing to ignore the pain however, my wife recommended I see her Chiropractor, Dr. Karen Lewinski at Back to Health Chiropractic. My first visit was after an instance of twisting and lifting where I could barely even walk without stabbing pain below my right shoulder.
