Please run these people are the worst!!!! They are extremely rude and no customer service etiquette. They ruined my floors, caused water damage my floor also the basement and now they don't want to repair the damages. PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE BETTER OUT THAN IN!!!! I PROMISE YOU!!!

I’m not sure which location it is but apparently they need the money really bad. They keep calling me after I’ve told them I don’t need my flooring done right now.
It’s really becoming more of a harassment at this point. I’ve went as far as blocking the number they call from. STOP CALLING ME! I’ll find another company when I’m READY!

Only giving a one because zero is not valid. We had work done at our home and it is far less than what we expected. Yes, we know refinishing a floor will not result in a floor that looks brand new, but we expected is to look better. Cordaround was not properly attached, which has nothing to do with the age of the original floor.

We thought the original quote is a good value, but when a problem arises we were given a quote that was extremely high but there is no option but to approve it since the work has progressed.

They do not stand behind their work and threaten customers about putting negative reviews on the internet.
