I’m actually giving 4 1/2 stars. Service was very good. Carpet was done within the time I was told. Carpet looks cleaner than when I dropped it off. I’m knocking a 1/2 star off due to having to vacuum what appeared to be white lint. All told I will consider using them for future carpet cleanings.

Nick, takes care of business. This is our 2nd trip back to the Hagopian in Shelby Twp. They cleaned 2 rugs for us, the rugs almost look new for there age. Just picked up 2 pads, so rugs hopefully won't bunch up. VERY SATISFIED.

At the Utica location on Hall Road I regularly deal with Nick, the manager, and he is courteous, informative and pleasant to do business with. I am always satisfied with the cleaning my rugs get from Hagopian, and more than satisfied with the Utica store.
