Michael and team were excellent. Genuine, thorough and informative. His inspection report was well detailed and offered precise and easy to understand findings and solutions. He went above and beyond and had many great suggestions from his 20 or so years in the industry. I greatly appreciated his thoughts throughout the process and his tips towards improving home efficiency and preventative maintenance. Cannot recommend enough!
