Starting with the positives — the cleans themselves have consistently been good, which is ultimately what you’re paying for. The pricing is on par with competitors, maybe even slightly lower, and the team is always very nice and professional in all communication.
However, since beginning monthly service, every appointment has had one cleaner cancel last minute and become suddenly unavailable. We book expecting two cleaners, but have only had one each time. This could impact the depth and efficiency of the clean and has been frustrating.

Nicole did an excellent job. She was thorough and informed me of all issues she found with my old floors. She was respectful and professional. I would definitely use Front Door again and request Nicole.
