Oselka Constructors Company
“As president of an 80 member condo association, the decision to spend over $1million on a revetment (armored rock along the Lake Michigan shoreline) required a lot of research and a strong rationale for this investment. Oselka, and specifically, David Wolf, were precise in their cost estimates, exceptional in their execution and management of the project, incredibly flexible in working with us, and completely trustworthy. Everything that they said prior to being awarded our business, during the construction itself and in the next planning stage has been accurate and well thought out. Their crew is exceptional and they manage to get along with neighboring communities, despite the noise. The result was exceptional and our entire community is delighted with the outcome.”
