Rob is the real deal. He is a level above the average AC tech around here. We had a complicated problem and he powered through to get everything working. I highly recommend Rob for any AC needs you may have. Good communications, knowledgeable, on time, etc.Services: HVAC system maintenance

We just had our old furnace replaced. I wasn't excited about having to get a new one this late in the season, but it was dead as a doornail. Happy with the installation, though. The tech showed up on time both times and answered all my questions. He helped me find an affordable option, and the new one works great.Service: Heating system repair

Wasn't happy when my furnace died right at the end of winter but with more cold weather on the way this week it could have been much worse. Rob at Payseno was able to come out and fix the problem the morning after I called. The repair didn't cost as much as I thought so I'm psyched the heat will work when this storm hits tomorrow.
