From the time we reached out with photos through the inspection and quoting process to the final completion, the team at American Log Restoration has done an outstanding job. We had a lot of questions about the process and Ashley and David answered each one in detail and the communication has been very consistent and professional. The log repair itself was done in a day, Jake made it look like a walk in the park, and we are very pleased.
