I contacted Trusted Home Care from a primary care physicians office. I was attempting to verify that a pt had been accepted and scheduled for initial visit for physical therapy. Rachel was incredibly rude and she wouldn’t allow me to speak. She cut me off several times when I attempted to explain the reason for my call. She was driving a car during the call and I could hear her turn signal the entire time. It was disappointing to encounter such a rude person while trying to verify important information. I would not suggest referring patients to this agency if this is how they treat people.

Great home health care to work with. They care enough about patients to get them the supplies they need. They show concern. They show up when they say they are going to and communicate well. Very pleased with the professionalism shown by this company.
