I was unsure about what to do with my family room floor that also flows into the kitchen. Connie was outstanding! She was very patient with my indecisiveness. Brought samples to my home, explained the process and I had a quote within 24 hours. Within 7 days I had my new floors. No fuss no mess. They are beautiful and exactly what the room needed. The crew that laid the floors were efficient, left no mess and hauled away my old floor. Thank you Connie for your work ethic, follow through and all the tips on how to clean my beautiful new floors! I couldn't possibly be any happier. The carpeting is beautiful! From Jim, the sales person, to Mario, the installer. Excellent job from start to finish. Mario and his assistant sure know their business. They got the installation done quickly and efficiently, all the way down to the clean up. Not to mention that they were very congenial. HIGHLY recommended!

From sales, to install, to final product, Superb flooring was absolutely incredible. We unfortunately had a water issue in our basement that led to a need for new flooring, but with Superb our worries and stress were quickly relieved!
