The app works intermittently at times. Most of the numbers I call for Solar Solutions are out of service. No one calls you back, and when they do contact you by text, they blame it on the company who blames it on them, the installer. Solar Solutions, the installer, wants to charge you $100 an hour, $200 minimum when they claim you have a 25 year warranty blaming it on my internet (see photo). It’s not my Internet because I had experts install it, friends of mine, one does hospital networking. If I had it to do over again, I would have gone with another company. Solar solutions coordinated a roof replacement for us and we had them install 32 solar panels and 9kWh of battery back up. All is running smoothly now- we are saving on power during the day and sending extra back to the grid. Battery backup has already saved us when the power went out.
