Silicoat Roofing Inc is a roofing contractor that is easy to work with and friendly. The team gets the job done right and goes above and beyond. They seal every seam and make sure the roof is prepared properly so the new material is applied correctly. The product is a much more affordable option to get the roof reconditioned compared to a traditional tear off and redo, and there is an excellent warranty on the roof. The owner is very hands on, and all involved are a pleasure to work with. Customers are very satisfied from start to finish and are looking forward to many leak free years. The team is patient, knowledgeable, and responsive, taking the time to explain what is going on and helping figure out how to fix issues. They are professional, prompt, and follow up on all the details of a project, with great cleanup. Silicoat Roofing helps customers by telling them what products to use and how to use them, and even gets discounts for materials. Highly recommend.

Very easy company to work with! Rick and Alex are great. Alex came into my office and asked if he could help with any roof issues we have we’ve actually had a persistent leak. We hadn’t been able to get under control. Their product was significantly lower cost to redo our roof than a traditional tear off and redo. We hired them and we’re very delighted by the professionalism, prompt response, cleanup, and follow up on all the details of our project. I would highly recommend them.
