They came right on time and began to work immediately. The project manager was friendly and knowledgeable, answering all our questions. The laborers worked hard... I barely saw them take a break and they replaced our roof in one day. The initial consult and bid process was thorough and pressure-free; I felt that some other companies were trying to upsell me at every turn. No issues with that while working with Prime Roofing Experts. The bid was completed in a timely manner, with some different shingle options to consider.
