I’ve been going to Platinum Pet Spa for over a year and it’s easily the best groomer in Michigan. Nina is so kind and caring, especially with anxious pups, and always does an amazing job with my two sheepadoodles. Booking is easy, pickup timing is clear, and the new renovations are adorable. So glad I found her!

So glad i found this spot for my 3 year old cavapoo, Ella! ! easy to make appointments, owner is kind and professional and my dog doesn't seem distressed when i pick her up. they do a really good job consistently and are prompt (some places keep dogs for hours or half a day) but they have a quick turn around time with high quality results.

First time here today, I came because we used to see Hayes at another groomer facility. Hayes did a great job with our older golden retriever who has arthritis. Easy booking process and prices are comparable.
