I did a breathwork for emotional detox led online by Rebecca and I never knew anything about breathwork. I honestly thought it was just some breathing and that's it, you feel relaxed... absolutely not! lol it was amazing, I had tingles all over, I was yawning like crazy and my soul was ready for sleeping. I can't explain the feelings but the tingles were crazy and awesome and I went to bed after and feel so amazing after this session!
