I had a situation where my son switched instruments and I was being charged. They were fantastic and worked with me and met me half way just to help a family out. Great people and great service!

We are so happy here! My children take lessons here with highly-professional instructors. The in-store staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. They are reliable, comfortable, and relaxed environment. For rentals or lessons I think this is a great place to check out.

Tom refretted my Stratocaster, stabilized my Ibanez neck, and made the pickups on my Schecter sing. All of these guitars are playing better than ever before. His setups are the awesomesauce.
