Tom refretted my Stratocaster, stabilized my Ibanez neck, and made the pickups on my Schecter sing. All of these guitars are playing better than ever before. His setups are the awesomesauce.

I'm a brass player who traded a bicycle for a cello and now am a completely uninformed customer. They are most patient and thorough and clear without being pedantic. And that's great because I have plenty more questions for them.

I recently had a cello bow rehair done at their new location in Troy. The rehair exceeded my expectations. It was done very well and the hair they used sounds spectacular. Thank you so much!
