Hoover's mission was to JET Pressure Wash 75 feet of a 1960 sewer line from house to street. Excellent communication via Phone and txt. Two Techs arrived on time as scheduled. Jon and Rhyan were very professional yet personable. They immediately took ownership of the task at hand. After they were successful at clearing the pipe of roots and mud, I was shown a video of the work done.
Jack and Mike replaced my Sump Pump. They were friendly and professional. They took the time to explain the options and details. The service was completed in a timely manner. They did a great job. I highly recommend Hoover.
The guy came in. And he was totally professional. Checked everything found the problem fixed it after he was done he asked me if I wanted to buy a membership with them the second I said no he didn’t ask again and that I totally appreciate big shout out to his professionalism thank you
