This is not a review of the massage therapists or the estheticians. This is a review of the poor management and membership policy scam. I emailed to cancel my membership as there is no way to do it online, and received no response. Then I called to cancel my membership and the person told me she could not do it and would have someone call me back. That someone called me back at 8:00 p.m. at night. I called her right back and it went to a voicemail that was full. I tried calling again, same thing. I tried a different number, no answer. Hand & Stone will get a nice fine if they try debiting my card this month because I will stop payment. This is unprofessional. No one wants to play phone tag when they are calling to cancel.

Anthony, Mike, and DaQuan is amazing massage therapist! The staff here is amazing very professional great energy, the vibe here is amazing and it’s very clean. 10/10 would recommend.

Massage was okay, I paid extra for a scalp massage and did not receive it. When I mentioned it I was offered a credit towards my next purchase instead of a refund.

I came in for a brightening facial, but the esthetician advised me to do the classic facial since it was my first visit. Despite this, at checkout I was still charged an additional fee for the brightening treatment.

Trey is an awesome massage therapist!!! I've had massages from him twice now and highly recommend - I request moderate to firm pressure and he's right on. I feel so rejuvenated afterward. Front desk staff is also friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is clean and very relaxing.

i'm 16 years old for a regular massage. this was my first time. i had teresa on sunday and she put me to sleep, her hands are so nice! she's so gentle and she makes it feel like you have little feathers on your body. this was a 1000/10 massage experience. if you ever go here, PLEASE see teresa's availability.
