Victoria and her staff are very down to earth, calm, and competent. She doesn't sugar coat anything and has been available for advice, encouragement, and help. She really does have a heart for dogs, their owners, and creating a lasting relationship that is healthy for both. I'm so thrilled she was recommended to me, I would highly recommend her and her staff.

Victoria is AMAZING! We got a puppy and started her training ?
Shortly thereafter my husband got sick and puppy training got put on the back burner.
I started looking for a trainer to help us and found From the Heart at the recommendation of several people from my neighborhood. While my husband was in the hospital, I decided to have intensive training for our Pretzel with Victoria and Mel. WOW! The pictures, daily report cards, training videos, and a final handoff training session allowed us to learn and transition to a new level.

After completing a puppy class, a few years ago we were looking for more training for our young yellow lab. With 3 elementary children, we knew the dog needed more guidance from us with two working parents. I found Victoria in Google to first help socialize our dog at From the Heart daycare. We learned from our rainbow dog, a tired puppy was a good puppy. This worked for our rainbow dog, but this puppy still had energy. We learned from Victoria it was because our environment from having a puppy with no kids to 3 young, rambunctious kids.
When we had time as humans to be trained, Victoria took Hazel for 5 days in a row to build quickly the positive training methods.... read full review
