Got a better exam then I did 2 + years ago (I knew that old place rushed it in a bad way.. the prescription just always felt off and gave me headaches when I’d wear or not wear them even.) “Wonderful & caring staff all around! I can’t even express how everyone, from reception to Opthalmologist, is so genuinely pleasant to everyone the second they pick up the phone or walk in the lobby. Exceptional & personal communication around scheduling, appointments, and notes - no web portal needed. I personally can vouch for the fact that they are wonderful for yearly exams - and the techniques they use (a mix of machine & manual exams) allow for the most thorough exam in the same timeframe. During my normal yearly exam, they were THE team that caught signs of a condition that did end up requiring further testing & treatment. Even after that exam, the ophthalmology team has hands down been the most diligent of all my care team, especially when it comes to monitoring & communicating updates, both to me AND the rest of my care team!
