“This was my first experience at this eyeglass establishment to which my younger brother is an employee. He pushed me out of my comfort zone. I purchased a wonderful pair of glasses and sunglasses of which I am extremely happy. The service was exceptional & staff was very pleasant. The optometrist answered all of my questions and concerns. Now, with that being said, I would rate this place at 10 out of 10 and if you knew me, that is very hard to achieve. Proud of you Rashad!!“

Exceptional & personal communication around scheduling, appointments, and notes - no web portal needed. I personally can vouch for the fact that they are wonderful for yearly exams - and the techniques they use (a mix of machine & manual exams) allow for the most thorough exam in the same timeframe. During my normal yearly exam, they were THE team that caught signs of a condition that did end up requiring further testing & treatment. Even after that exam, the ophthalmology team has hands down been the most diligent of all my care team, especially when it comes to monitoring & communicating updates, both to me AND the rest of my care team! I came here after switching insurance, and without sounding too dramatic, it was genuinely a life-changing experience, that the team here ensured continues to be dealt with in a non-stressful, non-painful (and actually enjoyable!) manner while there. :) HIGHLY recommend!“
