Last night, during the breakdown of a large-scale event, we found ourselves unexpectedly short-staffed. These are the moments that reveal who your true partners are.
George stepped in without hesitation. Not only did he handle the Chiavari chair load-out we had rented, but he went far beyond scope and assisted our team with additional production and décor breakdown. Calm under pressure, solution-oriented, and genuinely kind, he was an absolute rockstar when it mattered most.
We offered him an additional cash gratuity as a thank-you, which he graciously declined. That alone speaks volumes about his character and professionalism.
Thank you so much for making my daughter's Sweet 16 perfect. The room was beautiful. Great customer service and awesome to work with. I will definitely be using your services again.
