We had the pleasure of working with William Horton...a perfect gentleman at all times. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful in explaining our options, including pictures of what the basement would look like after installation of your product. We knew we needed a solution and he was a major part of the reason we chose your company. We felt we could trust him. I will write another review when the job is complete, but thank you for sending Will.
Excellent Install Team. Brandon Jerome and Destin were very professional, organized and well prepared for the job. Every question I asked was answered quickly and efficiently and just shows the level of experience the group has.
BWM was great at responding quickly and sending someone out. William Horton came out the next day and went through every aspect of our water issues in our basement in very clear detail. Will’s experience was palpable in everything he talked about. He was incredibly informative and helpful and made sure we did not have any lingering questions. We have not had the best of luck with contractors the last several months, so working with Will was refreshing to say the least.
