Very happy I picked Art of Dermatology. I've seen PA Sampat twice. She listens to my concerns and responds to them with a plan while explaining everything along the way. She made me feel like a person and not number.

Edit to add: thank you to the billing department that did reach oht and issue a refund fornthe cancelation fee as she agreed that there should have been a little bit of leeway seeing how itvwas basically 24 hours and that isbwhy I am changing it back ton5 star because I really do like the Drs. While I love the 2 Dr's I have encountered there whoever is on the apt. Line is awful I called the day prior at 4:20 pm to cancel my apt for the next day at 3:45 because my car broke down and ciuld not get there and I was informed I would be charge 100 dollars because it was now less then 24 hours.....
