We had several insect issues, ants etc. They spray our home and have a done a good job for us. They made sure to coordinate with us to avoid our children being around the pesticides. I would recommend them to anyone with an insect issue.Service: Bug & insect extermination

I am not sure what services this company provided because after they “treated the exterior of the house,“ we still had bugs crawling into the house. When the service tech came for a second visit and started to spray around the house, I asked if he was going to come indoors to address the bugs that seem to be finding their way through our windows. I was told that that is not a service that they provide. I also asked if he could do something about the flying wasps on our deck but was told that they don’t handle anything that flies. I did not use their services, so I cannot attest to their quality of work. However, there is a clear miscommunication between their desk staff and their technician. I called to request a quote and I was told a technician would call me within 1-2 days with information. However, two days later I received a call that a technician would be arriving that Tuesday at 10am. I called back and explained I had not been given information, and I would be at work that day and no one had asked about my schedule. They said they would need to come inside to assess the bugs on the inside. I explained this would not work with my schedule, and that I would call back in the future and that I did not want services at this time. I then received a call two days later saying that it seemed we had mistakenly been removed from the schedule and they could have someone out next week. I called back AGAIN and said I had already cancelled everything and was not interested in services. Then three days later, a technician showed up at my door at 9am, and luckily my husband was home to answer because I work nights and was asleep. My husband woke me and asked if I had ordered their services, and then I had to explain I cancelled TWICE. I had to call back a third time to say please don't send anyone I am not interested. Honestly, I haven't encountered this level of incompetency in a very long time with a service company. We called Spider Control and they gave me clear answers immediately and sprayed the outside of my house without me needing to be home. All the spiders are gone! Do yourself a favor and start elsewhere when shopping around.
