What started as a stressful early-morning call from my daughter turned into one of those rare, faith-restoring customer service experiences. Her 2000 Honda CR-V suddenly wouldn’t unlock — none of the doors would respond to the FOB, and it kept making an intermittent beeping noise. As any parent would do, I threw on a coat and raced over.
