By far my favorite yoga spot in tc. Peaceful and clean. They have so many times and a variety of classes— it makes showing up easier to do. I adore the instructors as they’ve really made this a place I keep wanting to come back to.

Love this space and all of the teachers! There is an incredible offering of classes both in variety and the amount on the schedule. I've yet to take one I didn't come out feeling better from. Thanks for welcoming me to your space and providing a sanctuary for all. You all are really special!

I had a phenomenal experience at Yen in my brief work stay. Becky was absolutely fantastic and made me feel right at home. The sessions ranged from hot workout yoga that nearly killed me, to relaxing stretching with Becky playing music. I wish I had a studio like this closer to me.
