I needed a tow to replace a tire. My insurance picked Ward. I had seen them around town but had never used them. The showed up well inside the time frame. They helped me get in and out of their truck as I have difficulty doing it on my own. They did a great job, and I would recommend them any day.
My Insurance got a hold of them and they dispatched right away. The tech (I missed his name) was very nice and got my car towed home and parked for me! I appreciate the above and beyond service!!Service: Car towing
Ward Eaton Towing Service provided our family excellent service when we were stranded in a pretty remote area with poor cell phone service. We called every towing company in the area and beyond and majority of them were not willing to take the job. Ward Eaton answered right away and gave us a time frame and estimated price right away. We were very blessed to have Kipp as the tow truck driver. He went above and beyond anything we expected. He was able to take our whole family with our vehicle. He is very professional and kind.
