I am very grateful for the service we received on Easter Sunday. I was stranded on side of the road with my 2 children and not from this area. The service truck came promptly as they said they would. The driver was very kind and helpful. He got us to where we needed to go very efficiently and I felt very safe during the entire ordeal. I would definitely recommend Ward Eaton Towing.
On Saturday, February 14, My Wife and I were going to get a sandwich at Jimmy John’s across from the Civic Center. As we were turning in, we hit a large piece of metal with sharp edges and it flattened the front left tire immediately. We chose Ward Eaton to assist us, as I am familiar with them over the years. I’m sorry, I do not remember the name of the gentleman that came, but from the call to the time he got there, and the time it took him to take care of our truck and get us on the road was exceptional. He did not waste a minute, and he was very professional from start to finish. About as perfect of service as you can get.
Bill helped me yesterday in more ways than one. I was on a delivery when my car decided to die on me, once we found out we couldn't get it started Bill offered to drive me up the road to finish my delivery so I didn't get penalized for it. Then we returned back to the car and he tried what he could but ultimately it had to be towed home. But he went above and beyond and I'm very appreciative 💙 There was another guy involved but I can't remember his name but he was also very cool. Given the crappy circumstances they made the experience better and I'm grateful. Thanks guys 😊
