I had to pick up lug bolts for my Audi and they had them in stock (all 20). They provided insight on my car, specific information based on my VIN. They're personable and courteous to their customers. The only thing is the price for the parts for my car is overpriced. Owning an A8L, the price for parts is part of the showroom price. An example is the OEM dealership headlight for the A8L is over $5000. It's part of the package when you own a European car.

On our family annual road trip from Dallas, TX to Manistee, MI, our 2017 Tiguan experienced the dreaded intake manifold issue! Luckily we were able to make it all the way to Traverse City to the VW service department at Serra. They were able to get us in, have the parts & even shuttled our family (2 children) into & from town for the day to experience the cherry festival while our car was fixed, tuned, and cared for! Great service reps & a true life saver!
