Extremely helpful staff! Liza, Chris , and (I believe) her name was Danielle , were all so extremely helpful! I had an issue with a giftcard, and while they couldn’t revolve it because of a tech issue, they truly did everything in their power. Amazing service! Would recommend this store to everyone.
This is my favorite Ulta to shop at! The staff are always incredibly kind and helpful, very personable. If you go there and are being helped by Grace, Kylie, or Thor: rest easy, you are in stellar hands. Grace spent SO long very patiently helping me find a foundation match that also addressed my oil concerns and coverage preference. And that was after I accidentally spilled a blush on the floor!! She's very funny and remembered me when I came back on a more recent visit, waved and greeted me even as she was busy restocking a display. I enjoy shopping at Ulta. Staff is very knowledgeable about the products sold in the store and can always answer my questions. Why I gave a rating of 4 instead of 5 is checking out. They are under staffed in this area. I have to wait a considerably amount of time to check out on my last trip, a line of 8 people checking out and only 1 cashier. Not acceptable.
