I contacted this company, asking for them to inspect and provide an estimate for repairs of my floors and to repair them. Numerous times I called asking for the estimate and only briefly talked once to the man who had come out to measure. He promised an estate which never came. I found help elsewhere.

I had a small house fire and water damages and this company came out shortly after I called. They were too busy or did not have enough people to do the work. I asked for an estimate back in the Fall of 2021 and never got one. I called Jack the estimator on January 17, 2022 and he said he must have dropped the ball on this job. I waited 3 weeks and he never did anything. I called him 5 days in a row and he was never in and I left him a message to call me back. On the 4th called i left a message that if he didn't want the job just to let me know and I would find someone else. Of course he didn't called. On the fifth called I just left a message that i would find someone else and the co wanted to know why and I told them he never returns calls. Poor service. They didn't seem to care. I will advise my adjuster not to recommend them in the future.

Terrible customer service. Invoiced for work not done and took months to get it resolved. Actually still waiting for the final bill. Happy to pay for work done. Not one call from the main contact over the entire process. Guess more concerned with getting the work than the customer. Will not be recommending them to anyone, which is too bad because all that was needed was to fix a simple issue and to communicate with the customer.
