So the location is nice The establishment is very trendy very upscale looking but I was not satisfied at all with the way my nails were done I just went in to get a fill and I was not satisfied with the outcome of them I had showed them a picture of the style that I wanted and they assured me they could do it and it looks nothing like I wanted The only thing that looks good on them or resembles what I wanted is the solid color on my nails not the ones that I wanted the marble effect done on.

The Nail Bar J & Q came highly recommend by a friend who goes regularly and has always had a good experience. My experience was not great. I had to go back for a touch up. However, my sister's big toe and nail were badly injured. It will take awhile for it to heal. The owner refunded the pedicure portion when I brought the injury to her attention and was going to speak to the tech who work on my sister. Mishaps do happen from time to time and when they do this owner cares about her customers and will do what she can to make things right and minimize mishaps in the future.

This is the best nail place in town by far. I went for my bachelorette party and will be making an appointment for my wedding. We were even able to drink champagne we brought in. Highly recommend!
