Our furnace died during the Jan 2026 coldest day in years! Team Bob's was the ONLY shop that even returned my calls. Technician Nate Meyers responded to our issue the same day. Unfortunately it required repair parts from Grand Rapids but as soon as the parts were received, Nate came right out. He explained our options and went above and beyond our expectations. The repair was made quickly with expertise and customer care. Thank you Nate and Team Bob's!
We called around to many local “24hr/on call” furnace repair places and Team Bob’s was the only one to actually call back and answer. The office called and offered emergency service and pricing but also offered alternatives and checked for the part we thought we needed. Tyler called when he was on his way and was very professional. We walked through the possibilities and process of repairs after evaluating the system. He even offered the option of replacing the system vs repairing the system. He offered immediate service and even went back to the shop to get the needed parts and fix the unit. He made sure we were fully informed and aware of everything throughout the process. He even taught me some basics about our furnace. At the end of the service he mentioned Bob’s preventive maintenance programs and options. Tyler was very knowledgeable and professional throughout. We will be keeping Team Bob’s on speed dial, while hoping nothing breaks again.
