“I bought a sauna package, and it is a great deal. I have gone 4 out of the 5 times, and the first time, they did not see my appointment, so it had to warm up. Not a big issue as they still ga e me the full hour. The second time, they didn't see my appointment again and gave me that appointment at no charge and added a red light therapy while I waited for the sauna to warm up. I'm looking forward to using the sauna more this winter. The staff has always been nice and very apologetic, and everything appears to be clean.“

“I was tanning at another tanning place for a couple 2 yrs and never got a tan, so I decided to switch to Verano and I've been there a few days and I have a tan line already I never had one at the other tanning place!!! Thank u Verano ur staff r super nice too...u have amazing place and I love ❤️ it alot..!!!!“
