From the beginning, TOMS was professional and responsive for our hydroseeding inquiry. Tom provided all of the information we needed to get started including pricing and step by step instructions. By the time we booked, he was out within the next week to seed. The whole process was quick and easy! His 40+ years in the business don't go unnoticed. He was beyond helpful in answering all of our questions. He even came back to reseed the washed out areas after an unexpected torrential down pour a few days after application. 10/10 would recommend.
My experience with Tom’s has been nothing short of amazing. He is so customer oriented and responsive. He did our entire lawn in Empire that had to start from scratch after our renovation. It was filled with weeds and nothing else. He took care of all the weeds for no extra charge and then did a splendid job of hydro seeding. That was impressive enough but then we had a water pipe break in the yard and he said it wasn’t my fault so he would come and fix the part that was destroyed by the leak for free. Great quality.
