The Forman, Tom, was onsite and available throughout the project and was very helpful with all aspects. I had noticed that small corner a shingle was broken off at the eave. I felt it was too minor to address. Apparently they noticed it also and fixed it without being asked.“

“We recently, in mid-February, had all of our windows and sliding doors replaced on our 3rd floor condo using The Window Source of Western Michigan. We couldn't be happier with their service and pricing.

We had Adam do our initial measurements, color matching, and pricing. Joe and Andrew did our installation. Everyone that we worked with was very courteous and professional. They were happy to take time to explain anything we asked about the process and the window operation. They laid down tarps each day to ensure that they didn't create any mess and pulled them up when they were finished for the day so that everything looked nice.

Being a 3rd story unit on a steep hill overlooking a river, Joe and Andrew needed to reach windows approximately 40' above the ground. They managed this without issue even though there is limited access to that side of the building and there was a couple of feet of snow on the ground.

The windows are very high quality and open and close easily. All of our drafts have disapeared.

They came in and put a 10/12 pitch roof with 4 dormers in 1 day. They cleaned up so good that if you didn't know they had just put a roof on you would not be able to tell that they were even there.
