I have been going to shift for over 5 years and I can't say enough about how much they have helped me. I've had soft wave on my hip and my shoulder - both with great results. I go for regular adjustments and they keep my body aligned and feeling good. They listen and give me what I need at each appointment for whatever I am feeling. Highly recommended.
Shift is absolutely amazing! I recently started going again, and I couldn’t be happier that I did. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, making every visit comfortable and easy. Dr. Rick is incredible— all the Drs. are incredible. I used to have multiple headaches every week, and now I honestly can’t remember the last one I had! The relief and improvement I’ve experienced since coming back have been life-changing. I feel so much better overall, and I genuinely look forward to my visits. If you’re considering chiropractic care, I can’t recommend Shift enough—you’ll be in great hands!!
Over the years I have received chiropractic treatment for my back and legs, but never at the level Shift Health Center provides. After analyzing the problem and providing treatments to correct the issues, and after 30 days of treatments, they reevaluate the problem areas just as they did at the beginning. This shows if there was an improvement and makes sure you are getting the correct treatments. Outstanding! I started out barely walking to walking with no pain after 3 weeks of treatments.
