After about 6 weeks with Shift I am having steady improvement of some recent and some nearly lifelong issues!The X-rays at the beginning of treatment showed my spine especially my neck to be much worse than I expected! From the very first adjustment and first traction treatment I have felt small but consistent improvement!! Real healing takes time, so gradual improvement is terrific!The people are so wonderful, each one I've interacted with has been truly kind and caring, enthusiastic for improving my health and passionate to teach

Couldn’t have a better team-and they are a team- to guide me to better health. Over the time I have been with them their adjustments have straightened my spin, worked with me to address my gut issues, and now working on neuropathy issues in my feet.
