I had my fist appointment with Salon Verve yesterday evening and it was amazing! Kate handled my haircut and she did an excellent job. She was incredibly thorough in explaining the process and styling tips, and she asked lots of questions and wanted to see pictures of what I wanted beforehand. I will definitely be returning to this salon- I highly recommend!Service: Haircut

I initially was unhappy with my recent experience here as I received chunky highlights and was not given the root shadow that I had also booked, but they were able to get me in with a great stylist (Erin!!) after a cancellation and the owner covered the cost of the root shadow. It looks so much better now! 5 stars for Erin and the owner but 4 stars overall due to my initial experience

I lucked in to an appointment with Heather! I booked online and she had a cancelation! Finally I found someone who really listened to what I wanted and asked the appropriate questions so that we both were clear. I love my hair and really enjoyed my time with Heather as well, so it was a WIN, WIN today!Services: Hair coloring
