I want to thank Reaction Restoration for helping me after a recent home improvement project. I had cement dust on every surface of the main floor of my house. I could never have gotten it cleaned by myself. My vacuum wasn’t up to the job and swiffers were useless. Lisa, armed with 3 different vacuums, cleaned walls, cupboards, counter tops, appliances, furniture and more. You guys are the best.
I’ve been in the position of needing to call on Reaction Restoration more than once. They respond immediately, discuss a plan and set up their equipment. Having water damage in your home is a stressful situation-Reaction Restoration made me feel confident everything would be taken care of. The guys are professional, yet friendly and personable.
We had come home from a four day getaway to our home being flooded! These people were at our home within hours. So comforting and very reassuring that everything was going to be ok. They moved furniture around to keep them out of the waterfall that was coming from the ceiling. A pipe had broken upstairs. They worked closely with our awesome contractor and had things packed up quickly after a drying process. We have three floors and they dried and packed up things so well! The packing was amazing!They helped us move in and out of our temporary rental. And they even came back just to move a couple TVs around for us. Can't say enough about this crew!!
