I can't say enough good things about Qualified Roofing and its owner, Joel. With over 30 years in business, they truly understand what it means to take care of their customers. I called qualified roofing and they were extremely friendly and available to come over very quickly. Joel came all the way to Kalkaska and even after a long day after dinner time when he could have just gave us a quote and planned to come back, he got up on the roof and put up new flashing and a few shingles to repair the roof all the time explaining what caused the leak and how this would prevent it. Extremely friendly, knowledgeable and hard working! Thank you qualified roofing!
