We have four pets and there is no trace of pet odor in the carpeting when finished. He is also great at removing pet stains. In short, we have been very pleased and would never consider changing providers for this service.

Absolutely wonderful service. James is so detailed and thorough. He really goes above and beyond. He takes his time and does and excellent job. Had couches, ottomans, chairs and carpets cleaned. Everything looks fantastic. It doesn't look like I live with 3 dogs. ? Highly recommend Pristine Floor Care and James.

This is the second time I have used Pristine Floor Care for our grout and carpeting. They always do such a fabulous job. I am so impressed by the quality of their work and professionalism. I would never use anyone else.
