I can say enough good things about preferred Roofing, LLC this company. From start to finish, the experience was absolutely amazing. The team arrived on time, worked with great attention to detail, and made sure everything was done perfectly.Their professionalism, honesty, and hard work really stood out. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the results, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into every step of the project. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and the finished results look incredible. It’s rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares about its customers the way they do.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and skilled professionals.Definitely a 5-star service that I will use again in the future.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
wonderful! came out and fixed my roof the day after I called and they were so pleasant and thorough! Even checked over the roof and secured shingles where needed. very reasonable too!
We knew we had some minor leaks in our garage roof and initially intended to just reroof that part of our home. We had 3 companies look over the job and we found out from the first contractor that there were already two layers of shingles on the rest of the house from the previous owner. I didn't like that and decided to restart with a clean deck and reroof the whole house. It had been over 20 years since the over-roofing. All 3 contractors were responsive and made prompt visits of the house after my inquiries. The prices were also pretty close to each other. We started the dialog in March 24 and selected Preferred Roofing Services based on Jeff DuFort's fast turnaround on my questions and generally good reviews. The job was postponed a few weeks due to weather causing backlogs but we didn't care. On the firm date, the crew of 10 (!) showed up and started work. Some started on removal of the old roof and others dealt with moving a chimney enclosure that interrupted a laid-up valley that I wanted to convert to metal. Tarps were stretched over garden plantings and most of the debris was rolled up as it came off the deck and carried over to a waste trailer. The old roof was removed in about 3 hours, they took a lunch break, and then the new materials went down. They had good weather during the day but some storms were coming up overnight and they were still working at 9:45 PM to get the shingles all down to be weathertight. A smaller crew came back the next morning to finish up for a few hours. They discovered a rotten section of fascia, and a couple of 4x8 sheets also needed to be replaced. They worked hard, and the roof looks great.
