12/15/2021 - Despite having a yard full of trees this morning (the result of last night's big blow), our Precision P&H, Traverse City, MI service tech, managed to make our scheduled maintenance on time. Personable and professional, Ryan performed the service, reviewed his work and findings, and discussed recommendations to consider given the age of our system and a sometimes cranky humidifier. Were I in similar straits, am sure my anxiety to return home and start clean up, would have been uppermost in my mind----and reflected in my behavior. Such was not the case.
