I came from another salon hoping that Nicole could help with my hair color which just wasn't right for me. She spent lots of time listening to me and making suggestions which worked! I see her now every 5 weeks and she gets it right every time! The salon is beautiful, clean, and the staff is friendly. They even have designated parking which is a plus for a downtown location. I would definitley recommend this salon!Thanks Nicole!

Living in Traverse City for over 20 years, and going to multiple places for my haircut over those years, I can confidently say that Curtis is one of the great men’s hair professionals, if not the greatest, in town. He spends a great amount of time and detail both with you during your haircut, and remembering preferences that you’ve had previously. All of this at an also reasonable price.

I have nothing but good things to say about Pavlova! They always get me in at a reasonable time when I call. I am ALWAYS happy with my hair/brows, etc. My stylist is Curtis. He is HILARIOUS and so much fun. We talk if we want, or it’s quiet. Regardless, I always look forward to seeing him! Not to mention he literally researches head massaging for hair washes and makes them a thousand times better than they already are. 100000% recommend!
