Max’s was the location of our original appliance purchases when we built our home in 2004. As these appliances reach their lifecycle Max’s is still there ready to serve. Fantastic sales people, Thank you George, and delivery without a worry. Won’t go anywhere else.
I cannot say enough good things about Max’s When we built our home we checked out all of the appliance retailers in our area. Max’s prices were right in line with all the other appliance stores. What has made them stand out is their service after the sale. 1). Our wall oven was damaged between the manufacture and delivery to us. Max’s unlike any other store provided us with a loaner oven at no cost until the correct unit came in. 2) when our washer and dryer needed service, Max’s came right out and fixed the problem. In this day and age of the corporate big box stores, it sure is great to have a store like Max’s that provides that personal one on one service from the sale through service.
Max’s Service is going above and beyond expectations to make things right after many problems getting a replacement refrigerator from GE. I will highly recommend them and will purchase appliances from them in the future. Thank you!
